Refunds and Returns Policy


Wendy’s Music has been operating for over 40 years in the Music Education industry, so we know our products AND can be trusted to stick around an support you. In addition Wendy has decades of experience as a Music teacher in many formats classroom and instrumental.

Our returns policy is simple.

Return Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately but no later than 14 days after arrival by emailing with a photograph of the faulty item showing clearly the fault.

We will then instruct you whether it is necessary to return the faulty item or not and whether a replacement will be sent or whether there is an option of a refund. Replacement is always the preferred option however a refund may be offered dependent upon the availability of stock.

In the case of a refund, the credit will be refunded to the account from which payment was made unless otherwise agreed. i.e. Paypal purchases will be refunded through Paypal.

Exchanges and Replacements

Items cannot be exchanged for different products.

Items cannot be returned for change of mind.

Clearance or Sale items may in some cases have slight wear and tear and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are not functional.

Returning Software or Recording Media

Due to manufacturer restrictions, software and recorded media such as videos, DVDs, CDs, etc can only be returned if their sealed plastic shrink wrap is intact.

Non Return of Digital Files

Due to the nature of digital music and files we cannot offer a refund after purchase unless there is a problem with your file that cannot be rectified.
