“And if you are struggling in some capacity, you’re often not the best person to say the clear way through. You often need someone who’s outside of the actual problem to be able to look inside and go “Well, hang on. Here’s an alternative that you may not have thought off.”

Wendy Brentnall-Wood

Wendy Brentnall-Wood is the founder and CEO of Wendy’s Music Pty Ltd and Wendy’s Music Franchising Pty Ltd– a long established music education business based in Melbourne.

In this podcast, Wendy will share stories about herself as a music teacher and a fantastic influencer in the music education space.

Wendy started in music education wanting to do classroom music and also did lots of instrumental teaching along the way. That instrumental teaching grew into a company that employed over 30 teachers to over 30 primary schools. At one stage she even franchised the business to help keep the quality as high as possible. But despite being an established business owner, she had a fair share of ups and downs in her business.

Listen as she discusses how she tackled her most challenging times in the business and what she learned from that as well.
