How I Teach & My Teaching Philosophy
I just love teaching piano. I love sharing the knowledge that I have and to witness a students achievements and progression. It gives me so much pleasure.
My teaching philosophy is to stay calm and be patient. If a student doesn’t understand from one angle I try to approach it from another angle, or leaving it and trying again another day.
My Favourite Artists, Bands, Composers, Pieces of Music
I fortunately love all music, ranging from Opera to Rock and Roll.
Music from Phantom of the Opera , Carmen, La La Land, Music and Lyrics, Showboat, all musicals really.
Ballet music
Leonard Cohen. Elvis Presley, Justin Bieber, Ed Sheeran, Stray Cats. Adele
Country music, Adam Harvey, Dolley Parton, Blues music, I could go on forever, the only music I really don’t like is Heavy Jazz and Heavy Metal.
